How to Host Static Files on a CDN with Casdoor: S3, MinIO, Azure Blob and Other Storage Providers

To host static files on a CDN, put them in object storage (Amazon S3, MinIO, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage, Alibaba Cloud OSS or Tencent Cloud COS), make the CDN pull from that bucket as its origin, and hand out URLs on the CDN's domain. In Casdoor this is one setting: create a storage provider for the bucket and put the CDN address in its Domain field. Casdoor uploads avatars and other files through the provider's API and saves URLs that start with that domain. Casdoor's own frontend can come from a CDN as well, through frontendCdnUrl and staticBaseUrl in app.conf.
