Commercial support for Casdoor

Casdoor is free and open source under Apache-2.0, and every feature, including enterprise SSO, SCIM, MFA and Casbin authorization, is in the open-source edition. Commercial support is a service, not a feature gate.

Casbin offers annual support contracts for self-hosted Casdoor and for Casdoor Cloud. They are for teams that need a support line, documents for a procurement or security review, or help with a migration or a high-availability rollout.

What a contract covers

AreaWhat you get
Response times8x5 support with a one-business-day first response. Production-down incidents get a four-business-hour response, and extended hours or a named engineer can be added to the contract.
Security and procurementSecurity questionnaire, an SBOM generated from the release build, the vulnerability handling and disclosure process, NDA, DPA and the vendor forms your procurement team needs.
High availability and upgradesReview of clustering and session design, rolling upgrades, backup and restore drills, and a plan for upgrading without downtime.
MigrationMoving from Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, Azure AD B2C or a custom IAM: user and password-hash migration, parallel running and a cutover plan.
LTS and backportsA designated release line for your deployment, with security fixes backported and advance notice of breaking changes.
Contract and billingAnnual contract, invoice or purchase order, named contacts on both sides, and renewal planning.

How it works

  1. Email support@casbin.com with your deployment model, number of users and applications, compliance requirements and timeline.
  2. You get a written proposal with scope, response times and price, usually within two business days.
  3. Onboarding starts with a call to agree on named contacts, a private support channel and a review of your deployment.

For managed hosting, Casdoor Cloud offers self-serve plans and an enterprise option with an uptime SLA; see pricing and enterprise support.
